Tough night last night. Got busted for very little weed (way less than 50 grams) and paraphanelia in Bergen County. This is my second offense (first was 13 years ago). I successfully completed the pre-trial intervention program and had the charges dismissed the first time and now wondering what will happen to me the second time. Think i need a lawyer? According to NORML, i'm looking at several months jail time (doubt that will happen) and up to $1,000 fine for each offense. Would love to hear from someone who went through the same experience or from a lawyer with some advice. TIA.
