Help save my plant please

My plant has a problem that i need help with.

She is in veg and is fed with bio grow 0.5 ml per litre and is watered every 3 days or when soil is dry...Temp is a steady 80 and humidity 60%.Tried epsom salts but has'nt seemed to work...As you can see on one of the pics the leaf has brown patches and part of the leaf has dissapeared without trace!

I'd say stop fertilizing and just use plain water for awhile.
