People seem to think that trichs are the only thing on cannabis that gets you stoned. It's what's contained inside the leaves, not just on the surface.

It's like if you make hash by shaking off the trichs of some buds. Some people throw away the leaf matter after the trichs had been collected and they are dumb. There is plenty of THC contained within the leaf matter.

So yeah, WW and white strains have a lot of resin, but what is also contained within the leaf is what matters.

Also, don't argue with Fengzi. He's a med. user if I remeber right and he knows his way around a bud.

The best in the world that I have run across is some from the island of YAP in Micronesia. Foot long colas that started off light green with white hairs that went through a bunch of color changes until it got to the top.... the leaves were black and the hairs were dark purple. It had a spicy flavor, and 1 hit would put you into a total mindfuck, 2 hits and your tripping. You could pick up a single cola, set it down, then rup little balls of resin off your fingertips.

The only thing that I have found in the US that compares is some California Pharmacutical that my brother got for me with his medical card. One hit and your done, 2 hits and you hear colors.

Well the best weed I have smoked was what I thought to be Erkel from these kids I smoked with as Six Flags in Dallas. They were from Cali at the same choir competition as I was so we smoke in the bathroom in Little Mexico. I was fucked out of my mind. But some confirmed shit that I smoke round here is some Mexican red hairs. Just talking about the weed not a specific strain name.

could be some acapulco gold... i had some of that just a couple days ago, smelled and tasted like pine trees, still not too bad
acapulco is really light colored and has many "crystals"
the high was pretty bomb, too

as for myself i'd have to say for sure on the Granddaddy Purple Erkal (my dealer has been on deck with it for the past few weeks)

i've also had some alaskan thunderfuck.. some pretty strong stuff
as for the diesel, the OG Kush, and the widow, i think they are all amazing strains but i have to agree with the purps being the strongest i've ever experienced

WW when grown hydro, under perfect conditions is about the best I have had.
Skunk 1, however just provides dank, near perfect highs every time. Cannot kill the bastard, takes absolute negligence.
Cannot argue with northern lights. Very sweet, great smell, time and time again.
Blueberry is a complete mystery to me, I haven't been able to grow it to any kinda yield. Northern berry is a very nice cross, but doesn't have the blueberry that I expected. Stable, reliable due to the northern in it. Sweet toke. I grow it and skunk 1 almost exclusively now.

Strongest bud? There's no need to have some ultra super-potent ganja. That super potent shit doesn't always have the best high. Of course, you don't necessarily want super low potent shit either.

As long as the high is high-quality, it's game. Taste and smell matter to me, too.
When it all comes down to it, it's the high. If it's super-potent, but it just makes me fall asleep, or makes me feel like shit for some reason, then there's no reason to smoke it.

High quality high, high quality taste, and high quality smell. And yes, there is ultra potent bud out there with all those qualities, and I'd smoke 'em.

My point is, high potency doesn't always mean "amazing bud."
A lot of people boast "real good shit." And then I smoke it with them, and it's mediocre. Potent, yes. Unique, great high? Nah.

If it's grown by an expert who has passion and love in growing cannabis, and cures it long enough, the good smells and tastes come through. Most of the shit you get from a dealer is under-cured, and while it is potent and hits you like a ton of rocks, it just doesn't cut it when it comes to the taste, smell, and high.
