What's confusing is the Hot Box has little feet, but when I put the box on its feet the wand containing the 'substance' will be laying on its side. This doesn't seem right - the 'substance' will all go to the side of the wand. Worse, the wand doesn't connect to the box - it just slips over the heating element, which seems to make it really easy to accidentally pull the wand off during use. Are there any dummies Rating: 5
