Just got a 'Hot Box' vape ... help?

Okay maybe it's not rocket science but the instructions are poorly translated. What's confusing is the Hot Box has little feet, but when I put the box on its feet the wand containing the 'substance' will be laying on its side. This doesn't seem right - the 'substance' will all go to the side of the wand. Worse, the wand doesn't connect to the box - it just slips over the heating element, which seems to make it really easy to accidentally pull the wand off during use.

Are there any dummies guides to using this thing?

Oh and does anyone know where to get replacement tubing? There's nothing special about it but head shops would charge me a small fortune to buy it (because Hot Box puts their name on it?)

Figured it out. It rules. Everyone should have one. Use WAY less stuff, no smoke, no stink. Highly recommended.
