i know someone that used toilet paper to roll a joint he said it burned mad fast but that kid is a dumbass snitch so fuck him. and waiting infront of a smoke shop waiting for someone that looks old enough to buy it and willin to is well worth it but get them to buy a dutch or game FUCK joints(but good when the smoke shop is closed or only thing you can get atm )
