man i feel you;. i too was thinking of quieting this shit. but i wasn't gonna mess with them fucking patches.

my plan is long but i hope it's a sure thing
this come newyears ill but start on "EASES off program"
it's where you find out how much Cigs you smoke in 1 day.
for every 2 days you take away 1 or 2 cigs untill the day you have none left.

i can only hope....... nasty habbit i know and so does everyone else who smokes.
