My lil bros gf gave me a weeks worth of patches and i slapped one on about 4 hours ago and my arm is fuckin aching, feels kinda heavy like after a workout. Strange shit, i feel like i want a cig, but i dont. Im guessing im just craving the physical side of smoking. The lighting, holding etc. Weird shit. Well thats me, wish me luck!
