Nicotine Patches

I never tried the patches... but I have used the gum. it feels so different and unpleasant. Like I smoked a quater of a pack in one sitting.

I've tried herbal mouth sprays and the liquorice root sticks (chew on em, hold em like a cig)

a forced bad trip got me to stop smoking for a couple months, but I picked it back up.

okay i think you should either:
*roll a joint EVERY time you crave a smoke. it'll get raelly expensive.. but im guessing after like a month or 2 of this, you will forget about ever wanting tobacco.
*or like someone said, sunflowerseeds. those are the best cuz therye small and fast to eat, lots of them, salty,, perfect to have

i need to do this, im gonna go get some patches tommarow and get on the wagon.

i have a friend that wears patches and smokes on them cause he likes the buzz...? hes crazy.

Just got back from councelling, thankfully it was one to one and the nurse was HOT! Ha ha ha! Got a months supply of 21mg patches, then go back after a month and have a chat with the lovely Debbie (nurse) and go onto a reduced dose. I was pretty worried as I've had the shits since I started using the patches yesterday, sucks big time! Nurse says its due to the withdrawel from fags and all the other shitty chems in them and should reside after a few days. I've bitten the fuck outta the insde of my mouth and lips and cant stop chewing gum and I feel like the Incredible Hulk on a whole mixture of class a's, I swear if someone says the wrong thing or gives me a funny look Im gonna snap like a loaded gun!!! Arggggghhhhh, why did I start the filthy habit!!??!

I hated the patch. I had the 24 hours patch, but the 1st time I left it on overnight I woke tup to an achy arm and a rash had started around the patch. Also didn't keep me from wanting to smoke, but it did keep me from killing someone.

cut a centemetter of all your butts in a pack, and when your finished with those cut 2 cm off the next ones, and so on and so on till your weaned off it

Ohhhhh dear....patches...oh no....tried and failed!

But i heard this morning that theres a new pill coming out in the new year to help you stop smoking(ready for the new year resolution)

Its supposed to be the best thing this century!!!!

My take on nicotine as a aid in quiting... No Fucking Good... why would anyone think breaking a nicotine habit with nicotine is a good Idea???
