See, I don't understand what criteria you are using to judge.

By yuppie, are you talking about some khaki-wearing white person who you personally identify with on a socioeconomic level?

Does stealing from someone who is a criminal any less of a theft?

Can you tell a criminal just by looking at them?

Is a yuppie growing to sell different from a disadvantaged urban person growing to sell?

Is it morally right to steal from Wal-Mart because they treat their employees like shit, or is it still theft?
