Hillsborough County authorities say a mother is charged with allowing her underage son to grow marijuana in her back yard. Sheriff officials say 49-year-old Esther Soto told deputies she didn't mind because quote ?? ??it was a nice looking plant.? Authorities found nearly 73 grams of marijuana at the home.
