I had some coke in Missouri, Arizona, and Grenada, and honestly, in the powdered form, I don't even understand HOW it's so expensive. All it ever did for me was take my nice 12-pack-of-beer buzz and make me sober. So, drunk for $8, or sober for $108. Fuck coke. It's apparently addictive if you do it a lot, but it never did enough for me to WANT to do it a lot. In injected crack form, well, that's a completely different story. Only did that once, and it felt soooooo good it was all I could think about for two days, how to get more. Fortunately, I was too broke to afford any more, and too honest to commit crimes to get more money. I dodged a bullet on crack addiction. Actually, cocaine is used (in rare cases) as a coagulant in the ER; when someone is bleeding out, we are legally allowed to apply a liquid cocaine to the wound, making it numb and halting the bleeding.

Cocaine doesn't kill heart tissue, that's a myth. Coke is a HUGE stimulant, and messes with neurological functions, as well as cardiac functions because it overworks your heart severly after repeated use. That's why coke addicts are so skinny, it's like getting a major workout every time they take a hit.

Your heart basically wears out after too much coke; overdose can trigger a heart attack, but smoked coke? I doubt it's enough in it to do much.

Injected Crack?

Crack coaine is not liquid, it is a crytal, a rock if you will that is smoked, not injacted.

You take the powdered cocaine and mix it with an alkali. Then heat it up and dip a knife into the jelly. When it drys the jelly on the knife is crystal and that is crack cocaine.

Step 1: acquire rock
Step 2: get some fluid to mix it with (got it at 7-11 on the way to a safe house)
Step 3: Crack off a chunk, crunch it up into powder, and put on spoon
Step 4: Put a little of the fluid (don't know what it was) on spoon
Step 5: Apply heat to spoon
Step 6: Suck crack-filled fluid into syringe
Step 7: Inject crack-filled fluid into body
Step 8: Lay down and enjoy

Worked great! Me and my friend let two black dudes handle it all, and they were obviously pretty practiced at it, knew all the stops to make for the fluid, the syringes, had a place to do it, and they were as good at injecting as any nurse or doctor I ever met.

Was that the 'incorrect' way to do it? Seemed to work just fine. Hard to imagine there could be a better way; the rush was just indescribable. And no, I do not have a lot of experience with injected drugs. That one time, that one night, was it. So, even if that was 'wrong', the way they did it, I'm not going to do it again to 'get it right'.
