First grow setup finally underway, please help!

Alright, so after some problems getting clones where I live, I was finally able to get everything put together and finally get my operation underway. I will post pictures of everything significant about the room and hopefully get some feedback so I can make this as legit as possible, even though it's my first grow I want to do everything right! Okay, so here's everything.

-15 cloned females, currently vegging under 8x4' fluoro tubes (4 cool/4 warm). And also 8 cool white CFL's (1600 Lumens each).
-One bathroom style venting fan used to bring fresh air into the grow room, and another extracting air from the room (going into carbon filter)
-Two desk style fans blowing on the plants and to help cool the room. (Not in there yet)
-I have a 400w Metal Halide which I plan to use to flower the plants, along with 4 warm white 4' tubes, and 9 warm white CFL's.

Okay enough talk, now I will take you into the grow room and hopefully everyone can help me out with this!! Much appreciated!

As you can see, the plants are very droopy. The guy we bought them from had about 50 clones under probably 40 watts of fluoro so I'm guessing that's why. With the amount of lights we have on them, I would imagine they will stand right up very soon, eh? The plants were in little soil pouch type things and roots we're coming through the mesh, so I know they're healthy. Anyways, let me know what you all think!!

They are in an organic potting soil that I bought from a hardware store, looks like pretty good stuff, really rich and moist. Not sure about the nutes, when do I start feeding them?

the soil pouch mesh thing is a jiffy pellet. It contains pete moss it comes in a puck then you soak it and it turns to that pouch looking thing.Just an input most people flower under hps and veg under mh or fluro i love that fluro setup you got there to.the reason is the hps gives off more of a red spctrum of light as opposed to the fluro and mh witch give off higher ratings of blue spec. The soil you got might be high on your ph level you might want to check your ph of your run off it should be between 6 and 7.When i use soil i make a soilless mixture well thats what its called it contains 30%potting soil i use foxfarm 20%petemoss 20%perlite 20%hydrorocks 10%worm castings this way theres barely any nutes so i can controll them to my likeing and i get great drainage and less salt bild up

Wow, very nice flouro set up, Allstar! Very nice.

One thing tho. Like truthseeker said, most people prefer to flower under light with more of a red/warm spectrum (HPS) and veg under a blue/cool spectrum (MH or cool flourescents).

The flouros you have are probably a little more on the warm side, as you said, but they will work. The MH will most likely work on the flowering also, but you will not optimize your results. Either way, nice job and good luck. Dont forget to come say HI at my grow thread.

MH bulbs dont produce huge buds but the intense high the buds get are well worth it dont know why but MH makes some potent herb

Really i beg to differ. But have you taken two clones one under mh and one under hps? this was one of my first experiments when i got started i found the mh plants grew great in veg but in flowering it looked great also but the buds were nothing to compare with the hps the mh buds took longer and was scroney the hps plants flurished and were slightly shorter with beautiful top buds that i feel the hps made possible everyone has there own preferences so i just wanted to let you know what happened with mine and why i like to flower with hps
