What type of seeds?
If you grow them in the right environment and properly give them the best nutrients you should end up with the best of the best weed. You may want to try growing organic, and only using the finest organic nutrients, like worm castings and bat and seabird guano, plus micronutrients and such. The light is impportant, as is the proper humidity and temperature. Also, for the finest product, you should dry and cure properly. Supposedly proper curing for like two months makes for a fine product.

If your gonna use flourescent lights you gotta get them about 2" from the top of the plants. For each plant your gonna need at least 50 watts of flouro's, depending on the size your gonna grow them. Don't line the walls with aluminium foil, it causes heat spots, use mylar if you can get it if not paint it white.

Heat spots are BAD for plants, it burns them! Mylar don't have anything to do with security issues, it's just the best reflective material you can use, it makes best use of the light you've got, letting very little of it get wasted. If you were to use foil for example not only would it be bad for the plants but around 20% of the light would be wasted, that means if you got 5 cfl's the plants only get the light of 4 of them, you'd be paying for the juice of one light which wouldn't be getting used by the plants at all. It just makes sense to use mylar.

You're gonna want to go back and do a lot of research and really get a full understanding of the process and the topic as a whole before you start growing. You won't regret it.
