your marijuana recommendation is NO GOOD ... it is a 'recommendation', NOT a prescription ... no insurance company or health organization will recognize it ... while your own state may overlook enforcement, the Federal Laws are unaffected, and you WILL be prosecuted if arrested by a Federal entity ... also, other states, for the most part, will not recognize another state's 'recommendation' ... it would be entirely up to an arresting officer's discretion, whether or not he chooses to enforce the law ... marijuana is ILLEGAL . period.
