so me and my roomie blaze up on the porch pretty much every nite. we live in an apartment complex next to some woods. we see this guy at around 12 or so with a flashlite, over in the woods lookin like he's followin a trail or somethin.

being high the first thing that came to mind was thers weed back ther somewhere... so we walk in the woods a lil ways but it's pitch black and we have a shitty flashlite and we're paranoid as fuck, so we decide to come back in the AM. SO at around 7:30am we go back out there, we find a trail that is heavily used (these aren't woods people go in) and we started to follow it. we start to go up this lil hill when i hear a male voice... naturally we both froze. we hear him again, saying "you two are trespassing, and if you come back out here im going to call the cops and have you arrested, now get the hell out..." the voice was about 100 feet from us at the most, we couldn't see him but he could see us. the property is public park property because a greenway trail is nearby.

we both were spooked, so we left. i wanna go back but with more ppl so if he is guardin somethin maybe he'll get spooked and leave. but the thing is, if he really is guardin some back there... all i wanna do is buy some lol :thumbsup:

If he was growing weed I don't think he would call the cops on you.

If it's an old man or even a bitter middle aged person, if it's there property, they just don't want you on it, that's all, so stay off his land because it is none of your business.

obviously he wouldnt call the cops... he would have said that just to get us to leave.

and this is the middle of charlotte... there is no land owned by... anyone lol

Someone must own that land. There is no such thing as open land anymore. It could be the county, or even a person who is a 100miles away. I'm just saying, someone owns that land, and if you're 100% sure that this person doesn't own it, then you don't have to listen to him, but someone owns it.

Maybe this dude is homeless living in these woods...? Maybe you were getting too close to his outdoor living space? Who knows, but i say it's none of your business what's out there. Obviously someone doesn't want you out there, so just forget it.

like i said thers a greenway near it so it's county/public park property because i called and asked my apartment manager.

and as far as it being my business... it's public property dude chill out. i can go walk through these woods if i want... and if it has to do with weed it is my business :rasta: j/k

Obviously someone doesn't want you out there, so just forget it.

thats why its interesting.... its public land... so why would he try to get him to never come back? theres obviously something up there he doesnt want anyone to see

EXACTLY! now everytime i look out there i just imagine tons of plants ready for harvest... and it's totally cool i understand that if it actually is weed, that he doesnt want ppl comin around duh.

heh me and my roomie thought about goin back out there... but like holding the water bong and a blunt up like a peace offering lol :dance:

that is interesting i would have to inspect further even though it could lead to getting shot with a salt gun i just wouldnt be able to help myself if i were in your situation

i would try not to go over there at first but my curiosity would get to me and i would check it out
