This is really strange hmmm i think im depressed u no, sometimes i get stupidly mad over nothing and end up hittin a wall then the next minute il be smilin i hate being like this, i thought it was skunk doin it to me i was thinkin of stoppin but then i cant stop :S jus a nasty cicle

im only 14 and have had my share in depression even tho im pretty young but the best information i can provide is just to call someone your close to or that you can trust and tell them your troubles, just hang in there we all have are problems sometimes good luck

hey.......i went through periods of depression for months at a time about a year after i graduated from highschool. i dont know what i was even really depressed about, some nights i would even cry before i went to sleep. I didnt see a therapist at all, but went to the doctor who later prescribed me some prozac. I took those for 3 days and my depression had gotten to the point where i would just lay around, teary eyed, feeling sorry for myself. I met up with a friend the third night i was taking prozac and we smoked although i knew i wasnt supposed to. My high was different feeling i think because of the prozac. A lot of things i saw totally different (kinda like on shroomz but not really). The most thing that stuck out though was the way i saw myself. When i thought about what was going on with me, it was so mind blowing because i knew that that wasnt me at all. Taking ssri's for depression. Who was that guy i was? I didnt recognize him at all. After that night, i never took another pill. Almost all my depression was gone about a week after that. I havent had a period of depression since. Hopefully i never do.

Depression is most common in the 17-23 (or somewhere around that) age range due to the fact that thats the most stressful period they go through or so my doctor was telling me. Everyone reacts differently to stress. A lot of people just get depressed cause of stress. The best way i found out to relieve depression, is get high or drunk with some good friends. You will have no bad feelings at all.

I disscussed with mi madre and have figure it out. It could be but it is at the point where I can make it go either way. So that problem is taken care of. Amazingly talking actually does help. Thats to all of you who assisted me though this relatively short time. Gonna Smoke Weed This Weekend!
