Well in some states in America, you just go to the doc and tell them youve got X ailment... tried different medications, none of them work as well as Herb does. They will then do a short assessment, and either grant a MMJ card or not. Some people (caregivers) are also licensed to grow the stuff. As far as I know, prices for a card - to BUY from a MMJ dispensary - run somewhere between $100 and $150
