my buddy caught his leg up once.. kicked a lit gas can into the lake but it melted his pants.
I'd prob hold a grudge on your one friend.. people who do dumb things shouldnt be involved with any projects, especially dangerous ones.
The only time I made butane h/o was in my living room.. with 2 friends, and my dad... we try to keep the electric bill down by not using the a.c.. so we had the sliding glass door open and windows and shit with fans blowing.
