I've had chronic muscle spasms with associated pain in my neck and upper back since 1999, and I've tried many things to alleviate them all with varying results. Have seen a neck expert, both back in 1999 and just a week ago when I suffered a work related neck injury (great, right...) So anyway, I mentioned to my primary caregiver that I had been smoking a bit and that it was helping a lot with the stingers I've been getting in my hands since the injury, and it has helped a lot with Rating: 5
