    Hello from Manitoba

    Hi everybody, (hello Dr.Nick), sorry

Greetings to all from friendly Manitoba. I am new here and just starting my second grow. The first one ended abruptly when I accidently grabbed the wifes toilets cleaning bleach water spray bottle to spray my plants down with. I have since started labelling the spray bottles. I am growing with seeds I got from a crappy batch of pollinated schwag, but I am only considering this a trial run and if I get good at it can justify the expense of buying some nice White Widow seed over the internet. Damn, are they expensive. I mean really, they're just seeds.

I started growing my own because I can't get anyone to sell to me, plus it is too damn expensive. I tell ya, drug dealing is a service oriented business, but dealers have the worst customer service ever.

I have included pics of my crop in my grow box (3 cool white 27w, 3 warm white 23w CF bulbs). They may be unknown seeds in a cheap grow box, but they are doing extremely well. I have already taken 2 clones each from 2 of my 3 plants. Thats them in the plastic container on the right side with saran wrap covering it to keep them humid. My best growing plant definitely has a couple of white hairs sticking out (YAHOO), but it is still in the vegetating box. Is that normal?

I am just about to transfer that best grower into a flowering box (as soon as I get it built, hopefully tomorrow) because the 2 clones I took of it are doing great and one of those can become the mother and I am desperate for weed. The only thing is, I can't remember when I first planted. A note of advice to all, keep a notebook with dates. I guess it doesn't matter too much as flowering should happen when the plant looks ready, but it is really nice to be able to track dates.

Anyway, greetings to all and I'll keep you apprised of the grow as it develops.

    Hello from Manitoba

Well, I finished the grow box and got the girl in there, and she's definately a girl. I was concerned because it had almost been two weeks since I had taken the clones and no signs of roots out of the jiffy cube yet. I took one of the jiffy cubes apart of the plant I threw away because it wasn't my best performer, and there were only tiny 1-2 mm roots. Lo and behold 2 days later though and my girls babies were...
