Which strain do you recommend for this?

I tripped out bad on some new weed I got. I used to smoke some other stuff but I never knew what kind it was. The stuff I had before was really mellow, relaxing and I felt really awesome and happy. This new stuff was just
just too much, even in really really small amounts, I was totally disoriented and lost touch with reality. It was some really scary shit, I definately didnt like it.

I've read some stuff on this board, and I see some people say its because of sativa versus indica strains, and its because of THC versus CBD content of the weed.

Can anyone recommend a really relaxed and mellow type, that wont freak me out. I really dont like hallucinating or any shit like that. I wanna be mentally stable and just feel'n good.

Which strain will do that?

you want relaxed and mellow, i'd go with a indica/indica dominant strain. look around in the grow sections, especially seeds and genetics and you should find an answer.
