my favorite is when you hold your thumb between your index and middle fingers of your right hand, clench your left hand into a fist, and pretend that you can easily remove and replace your own thumb without pain or consequence.

My favorite is definately the French Inhale :) You puff the smoke into your mouth and then let it seep out and inhale it through your nose, it looks sweet and if you do it right, the smoke will split and go through both nostrils.
