White widow flowering????????

Hi Peps , my white widow x10 have been in veg mode for 3 1/2 ,4 weeks
and im sure i can see a single white hair coming from the 4th or 5th internodes.
Could this be female preflowering?

Also the tallest plants are around 26cms.......During flowering peroid i hear and have read that they will probably double or triple in size....Would it be ok to put them into flower now?
If so what yield should i expect if they hit 52cms +

I am using 400watt hps light fans and super bloom ferts

anyone every harvested a widow at 52cms and knows the yield?
