First Grow: 13 Bagseed plants in a closet!! "God's gift to man"

Hey, guys. TGF here. Wanted to get some feedback about my closet grow. I've learned so much from this website and I'm excited to share what I have with you guys and gals!

We're having a few problems here or there with nute burn, stretching, ventilations, etc...but overall, they keep growing and growing.

I germinated 20 of 20 SEEDS (bagseeds) in papertowl and ziplock baggie. I planted 15 seeds in rockwool and threw the others into a spare pot. I stopped focusing on the soil ones and worked with the rockwool ones.

We built a framework for the closet and divided it into 2 chambers, veg and flower of course. Black 6 mil plastic sheeting on the floor for any water that leaks (hope not), and mylar on the sides. Doors made of mylar/black plastic are tacked and velcro-ed on.

Veg room has two 2-foot flourescent tube fixtures, each sporting two plant & aquarium lights. 24 watts each tube, I think. Or 20. A whopping 80-96 watts of cannabis-growing energy! Mua ha ha ha.

Your plants look nice, but what lights do you plan using for flowering?

Also, to take up less room, if you're going to use flourecents for the vegetive room, you should use CFL's. More wattage and alot less space, they aren't that expensive either.

Horror Business, I hear you man. I increased to the 2 twin two-footer floruo tubes PLUS 5 CFLs, but I had to expand. Overgrowing my space. Dunno if that's good or bad. I'm gonna use a 400w HPS for flowering. Check out my grow in the Indoor Growing section for more info and pics. But please ask me questions if I forget to tell something. I can't remember it all. Lol

Hey, guys.

Well, here's a little update for those of you who didn't want to or were too lazy to go visit my grow in Indoor Gardening. I have vegged my plants pretty big. I am having nute and light issues but I'm fixing the crap as I go along. There are some good plants and some plants just downright piissing me off.

I have also cloned them and rooted the clones. This pic is the clones just recently sliced off the "mother" plant.

Bumpity bump. Just showing you cabinet/closet folks some pics of my grow. You can see the full thread in the INDOOR Section. Feel free to come visit and give me your feedback. I'm having a ventilation problem that I'm sure some of you have good feedback on seeing as you all are so good at keeping those little-bitty cabs so cool with 250hps and 400hps's.

Well, I'll check back on more later. Before I started posting, I was in here all the time, but recently been stuck in Indoor most of the time.

why did you use rockwool as a main subtrate?

seems like they would out root the cubes in no time why not just use soil its so much easier and less prone to overwater othen than that things looks good but they will never survive flower in those cubes

Hey, Invision. I'm not ignoring you here, but I know you read my other thread, so I thought you'd get your info from there. I think I might have briefly touched on the subject in the beginnning, but I'll say it again here.

I am using only rockwool cubes, only until I find out which plants are female, I will then sink them into a bed of hydroton pebbles. I'm actually up to that part now so be looking out for those pics any time soon!

Oh, and also, I did not know that the plants would grow this big before I sexed them. Some of them have become quite rootbound in those rockwool cubes with the white plastic around them. These darn plants sure do grow like weeds! LOL
