Take a pack of vitamins (B12 is a biggie) and drink the more water than you can stomach. Piss a few times before the test and you may be ok.

dude, put 1/8 of a cup of bleach in the cup after you piss in it and it will be clean, i know this from personal experience

well, i didnt smoke the night before, about 3 days b4 my test...

drank ALOT of water probably 1.5 gallons about 90 min before the test. about 60 min b4, i took 3-4 multivitamins. Passed.
