I wouldn't bother, get yourself an HID, save yourself from dealing with huge internodal spacing because your plant is stretching for light. If you can't afford to buy a light (try elights.com) you can always buy an HPS yard light at home depot and cannibalize it, although if you don't know proper wiring techniques (ground your lights!) then I wouldn't recommend this.

Hello,
No, the light that you refer to is a halogen. Halogens do not put out enough lumens and burn way too hot. A fluoro would be a much better choice.
