As someone who works in the medical field, the bumps/sores could be caused by allergies, stress, reaction to the blunt wrapper (even after repeated exposure, it can still sett off a reaction) a new food, or anything else. If you're thinking cancer, it's not. Wouldn't have a collection of sores, just one, and it would take a REALLY long time to get mouth cancer, unless you inhale like a schoolgirl and take it in your cheeks

Smart choice to see a doc, and BE HONEST about the weed, under legal obligation, they CANNOT tell anyone without your consent, and it might help him/her with your diagnosis. Be honest!
