Tonight's alternating sweet and salty study snacks have consisted of

1. A red Tootsie Pop
2. Two glasses of Mr. T's Bloody Mary mix over ice, one of my all-time favorite drinks. I can't stand it with vodka, but I love it plain.
3. Four whole-wheat Fig Newtons
4. Cold pickled okra. I'm still working on these. Have had six or so.

By the time the sweet urge rolls around again, I should be in bed asleep. Otherwise, I'd be likely to get into some oatmeal-raisin cookies I made yesterday for my husband.

I just smoked a little somthing...and now I am tying my shoes and going for a ride. It's raining, so I am going ot hit a trail in the mud. Got my waterproof, lined pants on...I'm stoked.
