WTF??? Hermies?

ok guys I have a few plants. 2 of which are 4.5 feet tall they have finished 4 weeks flowering and were growing nice nice buds, but yesterday while I was looking at my little clones, I saw that they had somehow hermied on me.. I looked at my two big ones and found about 10 balls in all. A small amount. I cut them off all of the plants even cutting off entire branches. It has only affected the lower parts of the plants. Do I need to throw em or can I keep on top of it and keep the nice buds atop? I would not mind a few seeds, like really a few, but do not want my entire crop pollenated. any suggestions???

yes those pics are just up top where she is all female bob bong but down below I have found a few ball clusters and single balls that look like little rose buds. I have seen many many pics of male parts and that is what they look like to me. it doesn't look like the ovary type part where the hairs come out. I just cut the balls off but know I won't be able to find em all. how big are they usually beofre the open and release pollen and what will the look like if they have already?

When the male pollen gets released, a yellow dust follows, so look for a yellow dust.

would probably try to stay up on it and let them finish flowering wouldnt recomend using any seeds or clones from those plants again.

i am just going to try to stay up on it and catch the balls when I can, I don't believe I have see the release of any pollen yet...If even one ball opens, is that enough to fuck things up?

yes. one pollen sack opening will give you alot of seeds. best to take them off when you see them and not wait around

I have seen those alot, they are pre male balls most likely. I hate those bastards but like I've done finish and smoke, start over and hope for the best just don't give up.

forgot to add go for a 100 to 80 percent indica that way they finish early and you don't have 80/90 day flower. those look pretty sativa to me judging the fans on your women.

Do you have any light leeks? One day about a week ago my wife didn't lock the cabinet and a small amount of light got into the cab and 2 days later wee pulled out a Bi Sexual plant, it was completely confused. LOL. I don't know if the light leek had anything to do with it, but I suspect it did, and it was the closest plant to the door.
