Heat up a metal wire or tiny screw drive and poke it through, then widen it with sciccors and then heat it up a bit and shove the pen through

How do i get the pen through at an angle so that it will stay in the water below the hole? mine wants to lift up every time.

Well, I always use hot glue whenever I make a homemade one.

2. burn a hole in the bottle
3.put the downtube in
3.then use abit of string or hair band to tie the downtube up to the bottle so it goes in water proply
