Am using hps 400 w. I think i raised the light too often and too fast. Been doing alot of lsting and the plants are looking much better. The plants are in cocotek blocks which sit on top of 2 layers of coctek mat. Am going to get CFL lamp and focus it on the lower plant of the plant.

I have raised the light as far as it will go. Plant top is approx. 12" from light. What can I do so my girl doesn't get burned? My hydro store recommended Bush Master.
