i used to tutor special ed kids at my elementary school... not all of them where happy all the time. I have seen a grip of metally handicapped people that are very angry

i know I'm a cold hearted mofo... i think they should be kept from breeding somehow LoL

you guys ever hear that saying "Retarded people have retarded kids" LoL
its mostly true, when you see their parents, they are alchoholics and what not and they didnt care when they where going to have children... so sad so sad.

then theres bad breeding... everyone should defiently be genetically screened before they decide to have kids
