The Rubbermaid Grow V .10

So far my rubbermaid grow is going to be rather generic and simple, as to limit possibilities for mistakes. I will be growing bagseed in soil under CFL's. Seeing as this is my first time doing a grow, I would like to grow 2 plants to about 8-12", then induce flowering. Hopefully the luck of the irish will be with me to get one female. Any ideas, inputs into the design of the box would be welcome with open arms.

List:
2 Rubbermaid 22 Gallon; one stacked upside down onto the one on the floor.
1 Homemade Carbon Scrubber (ideas welcome)
6 CFL's
1 2 Speed fan to strengthen the plants and for intake
1 Exhaust hose and fittings to connect hose to scrubber
1 Computer fan for Exhaust
2 3 gallon pots
1 Digital Temp/Humidity
1 sheet chicken wire for plants to sit on.
Flat White Paint on all sides

As of the moment I will start the seedlings off in a moist paper towel in a plastic baggy, then carefully transplant them into party cups with soil thats been pre soaked, or seed starter cups that have been pre soaked. and put these in the box under one light for heat, and plastic wrap on top of the cup for humidty. The box will sit on a towel, or something similar to keep it off the cold floor.

If you can imagine. 2 tubs one turned upside down on the one on the floor. The 2 speed fan near a lower corner, chicken wire cut away to allow for the fan prop and back of fan into box, and fan motor on the out side. The exhaust near an opposite corner, with computer fan sucking out air into an exhaust hose into the carbon filter. The lights would be attached to the bottom of the top rubbermaid, done so it can be raised and lowered, while keeping light in/out, etc. If anybody has any questions, ideas, comments, please do so. This is not a complete idea, just a brief sketch. Please consider this a public project which I hope we can perfect, and

Here's a cheap and easy way to make a good carbon scrubber. It can be adjusted to the size of cab or tub in your case depending on what piping/fan you use. Good luck
