There is a person on this site who said, a couple days or maybe a week ago, that when he was arrested for cultivation or something, they even said something back to him in a mocking sense, something he had said on this site. They used it as evidence in court, I do believe.

I think it's safe to assume if they're definitely looking up dirt on someone, they can and will use anything you say in a court of law....
