Where are you in life?
18 years old, college drop out, jobless, single, vastly friendless. Im doing excellent at life right now.
But seriously, I dropped out because of ADD and anxiety, so im seeing a psych about methods of treatment other then Concerta or other stimulants.
Clueless as to where I'll be even months from now.

I am currently 18 and live with my parents. I like to write stories and music (although I'm better at writing music). In the next 10 years, I plan to either become schitzaphrenic or write a movie. I'm applying to NYU and want to study film. I'm currently working on composing a 20 minute rock epic on MIDI that I will hopefully put on the school website. I'm the kid at school who's really funny but kind of strange. I have uncharictaristically short hair now and wear a lot of hemp because I can. I'm getting a little out of shape and need to start working out before swimming starts. I had a girlfriend this summer and broke up before school started. And I am a habitual liar so watch what I say.

Married and happy. Just turned 45 less than a week ago. Have one grown son, who's away at university, four pets, a nice house and an even nicer husband, whom I've been married to for 22 years. I finished university, graduate school, and professional school many years ago and worked professionally for many years. Just returned to school six weeks ago to study medicine, my lifelong interest. All in all, life is good.

Right on...good for you. I hope to one day go back to school for Family Law. I graduated Honours from HSA with a cert in CT...so I did a lot of work for non-profit, and I would really like to be on the "inside". How I got wrapped up in writing music reviews, I'll never know. Got a radio spot show coming up....but this is definitely not what I hope to be doing even 2 years from now...

Birdgirl, were you born and raised in the states? The only reason why I ask is because most people in the states say, "away at college." ..don't we?

Finished college and looking for a job. Yeehaw.
Relationshipwise, I've been with the same girl coming up 3 years now. We'll get married once we settle down and all that.
The beginning of the rest of my life, I guess.
