    Where are you in life?

I'm 20 and living in an appartment with my girlfriend in cali. Currently working for an online skateboarding store and going to a community college. I always wanted to major in psyc..although lately I've been considering linguistics. I usually smoke a few blunts a day, but lately I've been drifting away from weed a little. I LOVE WEED, but sometimes I feel like I push life away from me when I get high all day, yaknow?

Just living it up one second at a time, trying to control my brain activities as much as possible.

Good catch! Yes, I'm from here in the states. And normally I would indeed say "away at college" if I were talking only to other Americans. But Cassiopiea, who started this thread, is a Brit, and so I was answering his thread question in the language that'd be most familiar to him. I do this as often as I can here on these boards since our audience here is international--and since I think we Americans are sometimes appallingly U.S.-centric in our thinking and attitudes. It's just one of the many reasons we're sometimes regarded as arrogant by other cultures. I figure that since I've been lucky enough to travel to many other parts of the world, I might as well display as much sensitivity as I can toward other cultures when I get the chance. (Sorry for such a long answer!)

    Where are you in life?

    I'm, well.

    MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA
I'm a first year Jedi drop out, and I'm taking some night courses in the Sith arts.
I work during the day as a storm trooper. But I don't like it, like this whole death star thing. I mean, it really fucks with your metabolism when you take the elevator down, then have to spin around in the middle or you fall when you go to the other side. I mean, it's cool and all, like this big ball, but the elevators whew. Who was thinking when they designed that. Plus like the thing runs on gas, has this exhaust port thing, I mean, who has an exhaust port on a modern space floating thingy. Must pollute so much.

Wow... I'm special forces right now

might as well keep this thread going..

I'm 16. Recovering spectacularly from depression. Dropped out technically, took my C.H.S.P.E. (same thing as G.e.d.) a few weeks ago, I know I passed.
Trying to find a job, but this small town has so little offer. And I refuse to be drugtested more than once.
Down to 1 & 1/2 friends, but it doesn't bother me as much as it used to.
I know my career lies somewhere in the arts, but I'm not exactly sure where.
    Getting back into drawing, sketching.

Every day I gain some insight, and with each day, a hope and joy swells inside of me for the simple pleasure of being alive.

I'm sucking fun daily off the mini ramps my mediocre ass suburban town has to offer for us kids who skate.

    Just got my license.

In a 5 month relationship I sometimes find myself weary about, specially nights like these.

I need a god damn job. Any job, and as I mentioned above, you know about my meidocre ass town, that means i'll most likley end up in fast food.

I'm in an alternative school gaining the rest of my credits to get my H.S diploma via computer

I enjoy writing satire to spite myself and personality cause I obviously cannot be serious about anything and if I were how boring would my life be. I couldn't imagine it being any more boring than it is now but thats another story.

Oh yeah I'm on probation for possesion and havn't smoked in a month or two now but I get off at the end of thist month.

    um, i am 18, almost 19.

Trying to make ends meet doing the things that I love, and staying away from the things i don't. I live with my sister and brother in law now, after moving out of my apartment a few months ago. I will be moving in with my parents i think, in january.

I really couldn't tell you where I am in life, i really have no fucking clue what I actually want to do. For now, im just trying to take life 1 day at a time.
