taxing might be easier than we think. an 1/8th a exotic bud costs $50 and that's what I pay right now. If it were legal, the prices would be drastically lower and the quality would be as high as it can be for competition sakes. I'm guessing the reason you don't think it's taxable because people would just grow their own? true but there's a bunch of lazy people out there that would rather just go buy some at the local marijuana store then grow their own.

well on with the point. I think marijuana should be legalized for industrial purposes (Hemp), for medicinal purposes, to stop overcrowding prisons with nonviiolent drug offenders, and mostly because the laws have failed. look at prohibiton with alcohol. all that gave us was organized crime. it's true tobacco and alcohol are far more dangerous than marijuana and the only reason they're legal is because they can tax the shit out of it and make huge profits.
Cas Reviewed by Cas on . Legalization of Marijuana I'd like to make a collaboration of all the reasons why marijuana should NOT be illegal in the united states of america. please give any reasons not listed....mine are as follows: the government system is obviously based on christianity (MOSTLY) even tho this is a religously free country....HOWEVER christians believe in God and that God created everything therefore...with the US being a religously free country how can they take what god has given to us? ciagarettes and alcohol are Rating: 5
