ok, i have this bad habit of licking my lips.
I lick them before i put on lipgloss,
I lick them before I light a cigarette,
before I light a joint,
before i hit the bong,
before i talk,
you name it i do it!

ive cought onto myself now!
somebody plz help me! lol


I had another bad habit too, but i think i almost got out of it!..........................biting my nails!

when i was little i used to tear my finger nails... so, my mom, wanting me to stop, told me "Every time you want to tear your nails give me a hug instead."

It worked, and I quit tearing my nails.

So, what i'm recommending you do is... find something you could do in place of licking your lips or biting your nails whenever you feel like doing one of those things. When you start to lick your lips, bite your tongue (LoL) or just find something else you could do to distract yourself from licking your lips. Every time you bring your fingers up to your mouth, stop yourself and do some push-ups er something. Distraction is the key

This wishing addition is kinda strange to me, gotta quit gotta kick for my family

Aaaanyway, I do it, too, sometimes.. I didn't notice until this one dude was like "err, why do you always lick your lips before you hit on a bong or a joint?".. I said "What the fuck are you talking about? I don't!" and proceeded to lick my lips and take a toke of the joint... Since I realised I do it i've pretty much stopped, but i'd rather lick my lips than bite my nails lol

Anyway, every time you think you're gonna do it just do something else instead, like, I dunno, ummm........ I'll get back to you on that one
