That's feckin TERRIBLE! Who the hell would do something like that?? I mean, if it's true that is. What kind of person could do that? Just go around spreading a disease that KILLS people.

No man is an island, for whom the bell tolls, blah blah blah. When one dies, we all die. Hopefully she'll learn her lesson in humility, she'll shortly be paying the price.
