I would try to get more light into the branches so the plant doesn't grow upward. Using a fan to blow it away before it hits the plants really helps to lower the light. I'm only directing the light to the top of one of my plants. Most of them are getting light to their sides.

I'm not gonna make holes for the inline fans I bought. There's enough cold air in my room
Thanks, PassThat. I am trying to increase the light with the new CFLs we put in there. I am still learning tho, so the plants look stretched, overnuted..etc. But, hey, like you said, they look healthy otherwise, and that is key. I'm getting the hang of it.

As far as lowering the light. What I am using is the flouros. The tubes...are not hot...at all. They can be as close as I want. As for the CFLs, from what I've heard here about them being able to be so close and stuff...it has not been my experience. They have burned several of my leaves and I have to keep them at least 5-6 inches away or so. But they are nice and strong. I mean they are only like 24 watts but they are full spectrum (thats what it said on the packaging...each of the letters was a different color. lol) so they seem to do the trick.

Your inline fans...I would like to talk to you about them because that is what I'm getting for this space. Will hit you up about it later. Gonna post some more now. Lets see how these plants do after the massive pruning...!

As far as the mold. I'm gonna work on it.

Stay tuned!!
