    JOURNAL OF A MADMAN

Oh...and when I say "ok, guys, " I mean guys AND girls.

Here's some more pics. I take so many pics, sometimes it's disgusting. But no one here has told me to STOP posting so many pics of beautiful cannabis plants, so I will share them all with youse. This way, you can feel as if you are inside the grow too!

I want to build a miniature tree-house, shrink myself and live in the canopy of my marijuana plants. Seriouisly.

Ok, here's the last bit of the DAY 93 bud pictures. I had already posted the veg room, main flowering room, and clone room pictures near the top of this page. So there's DAY 93. I'll probably take fewer pictures every update during the rest of the flowering time, then more and MORE when I get close to finishing. MMMM, trichomes. Look at our mutant plant in pic#3. I think it FIMed itself! So cool.

Should I use one of these budshots as my avatar?

Nothing slick about it, Bongo. This is NOT my grow. I do not grow. I just smoke. Hell, I don't really even know much about growing. Don't you see my sig? I just copy & paste stuff. I only use the first person so I can look cool and for less confusion. Now that I think about it, I must be a big loser...

Thanks for the comment, anyway.

That being said...lets go to DAY 97!!! Ping!

    ~DAY 97~

DAY 25 in our Rubbermaid flower box
DAY 11 in our Main flowering room

Too early to open up the flowering box/room. So here is a wide shot...and pics of the left-side VEG area. One plant is missing from the pic because we took it out to work on it.

Here's three pics of our #11a, on which we are preforming LST. It is very nice. I really like LST.

The other two are the main flowering room just before lights on. We opened it about 5 minutes before lights on...but then figured out about the timer/hot start prevent device that is installed.

^This device, just incase some of you are not familiar with them, are hooked up to your HID light as a safeguard. They do a couple things:

Hot temp shut off: If temps in your room exceed a certain temp (which most likely means that your fan has stopped working), it will automatically disable your lights to prevent burning your plants, or more seriously, your house down.

15 minute hot start prevent: The life of your HID lights is severely decreased if you do not let the light cool down for 15 minutes between start ups. This is generally to prevent a hot-start in the event that you lose power momentarily due to a thunderstorm or something similar.

More pics of the main flowering room.

In pic#2, you can see the plant (#13) that I was talking about a little while ago that we are having problems with. It has dying leaves, taco leafing, and weird splotches on some leaves.

We have diagnosed the problem as a possible magnesium or phosphorus deficiency. Our solution was 2-pronged:

We increased the amount of bloom nutes to a 100% solution of 1.4 EC Bloom ferts. (We had been grandually increasing from 0% to this when we noticed the deficiency)

We have added a small amount of magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) to the afflicted plants, and some to the others as a preventative measure.

    Wish us good luck!

    Still DAY 97/25/11

First three pics are of PLANT #11a in our veg room. We are doing LST on it and you can see where we have recently topped it for the 2nd time. It also now has female preflowers!

Pic#4 is the progress on our 2nd run of clones. Doing well. We still don't know what the hell we are going to do with them.

But the good news is...we haven't killed a single plant we didn't want to kill. MJ is so very resiliant!
