fog in some of those pics above it looks like uve vegged for too long -imo. 400hps doesnt do much good over 2 foot away so u really dont want your plants much taller than 30 inches because u will then have lots of dead space. Short and bushy is best. Ive grown plants that are 16 inches tall that yield as much as 1m tall monsters.
looks like your having fun though!

could be root bound that is possible and you really cant transplant now so what you could do it chop the very bottom of the pot off and stick it in another pot filled with soil the roots will follow into the new pot giving her plenty of room its what i was forced to do

Well, greenmonster, it's not really that I vegged too long, but I that had massive stretch and let them get too big. There was really not much I could do while I was waiting for my test-clones to show sex. I had considered topping them or using LST, but I was already over capacity space-wise, so that would have required decreasing the number of plants (due to the nature of LST'd or topped plants to grow horizontally), which I was not prepared to do until I knew the sex. I realize that I will probably end up having a lot of dead matter to pull off the bottom once they start flowering, but it's what I have to do. I am seriously considering just topping them now to make them shorter.

This all happened because I started with 13 plants in a 2' x 2' space! I should have utilized all of my space to begin with (I mean I should have used the right side). Meh, live and learn.

If you pay attention to PLANT #11a, it is much more of what I am looking for.

It's hard to understand what you are saying with the lack of capitalization or punctuation, but if I understand what I think you are saying, you mean chop 2 feet off of the plant?! What? I was not serious about chopping off the rootball. And what is this stuff about soil? I'm not using soil. I will get the same result burying it in hydroton. I'm not trying to snap at you, man, but I just dont understand what the hell you are saying. (And I've read it 3 times)

    Ok..still DAY 83.

Here's one more pic of the flowering box. And here is lovely number 11a. This is the top of 11, which has been disposed of. It is our favorite. We have topped it and now are performing LST on it.

More pics. Some of 11a and the LST. Then I think that is #10, #10, and #5, the big ones. Look close. Maybe you can see the stake #.
