Ok, as promised, here are pics of our ventilation system. We we have one 250cfm inline fan split by a T to act as exhaust for both rooms. Another 250 cfm inline fan will be used to cool the HPS. the holes in the plywood (look in other pics for them) will act as passive intake.

We plan to create a basic carbon filter out of carbon filter replacement sheets wrapped around a coffeecan with large holes...(I'll have to show a pic when we make it).

There is some bad news tho...the inline exhaust fans are worthless. Suction is minimal. I think the design is pretty good but our fan needs to be at least a centrifugal or squirrel fan to provide adaquate suction. With the system we have now, we cant close the doors without the right side (HPS) going up to 35+ degrees Celsius.

Are we on the right track???
