Strating up Again!!!

Im using my buddys closet lets say about 6 by 6. It will be jusy like a walk in closet in a back bed room with only him living there. I cant decide if I should use a 600w or 400w. After that I cant decide if I should go with a digital switchable ballast or go with the conversion bulbs?? Also what is the smartest way in soil. Just regular top soil mixed with some moss and perilit? Any suggestions would be great and any other ideas you might have would be great.

If you can keep the temps down, I say go with the 600W. Mix the soil so it drains well. You don't want poor draining soil. I have a 400W switchable ballast, but I don't know which way is better. You may want to start painting that room FLAT white if you're not planning on using a grow box.
