How they break up their ganja?

Being a relative newbie to smoking I remember getting my first qp and doing a half-ass job on it... Worked for me at the time anyhow. Now, just a few months later, I'm SUPER freaking picky.... I'll sit there and make sure there are absolutely no leaves, stems, or seeds.... If I so much as taste ANYTHING other then pure broken down ganja I wont even finish the bowl/joint/ect.

In fact, my bro came of last night with a toke that he hastily broke down before a Texas Hold 'em poker game... I got so nauseous afterwards I thought I was going to puke from the aftertaste of stems and leaves. That never happened to me in the beginning.

Anyone else? Or am I just weird?

No someuser, I'm exactly like that, in fact, I made a post on a different marijuana forum about ten minutes ago, talking about how I am extremely picky.
My friends get pissed off, because it takes me so long, but I only smoke bud. I make sure to break off each individual bud, and start a pile of pure bud, and that's what I'll smoke. I throw out every leaf and tiny stem, etc... I HATE letting friends break up weed, when they roll a joint, because they just take a bud, and start breaking it up into small pieces, and then roll the joint. I try not to say anything because they are ignorant, and don't know shit about the anatomy of the plant, and have no concept of trichomes, etc... They yell at ME like I'm the idiot, and say "leaves get you high", but unless the leaf is covered in trichomes I will throw it out. I mean, I don't like the idea of smoking stems and leaves, when, you know... I'd rather smoke the buds.

I even went through a period where I was determined only to smoke kief and hash, just because I was that picky. I smoke every day, and buy on average 2 ounces a week, and my "friends" get pissed at me, that I "waste" so much "weed", but I'd prefer to smoke a joint full of pure buds, not a joint with little stems and fan leaves, etc...

See, because I smoke everyday, my tollerance is so high, and all I want to do is get really high, so I like smoking the most trichomes I can, and they are in abundance on the buds. I actually am glad that someuser posted this, because I felt like I was the only one who was like this.

I mean, it may take me a while to sort through my marijuana to get all of the buds, but I get this rage that I keep inside, whenever a friend complains that I'm taking long, so I decide to be nice and say "you can roll it" and then see him just crumble up everything and then roll a joint. To me it's an insult, and when I say "you forgot to remove the stems" and they say something ignorant like "it doesn't matter", or "It'll get you high". It's like, So what? I don't say that though, I just have the feeling that they are smoking shit, when I could be smoking bud.

I actually dislike smoking with people, because I always do. Everyone comes to my house to get high, for free, because they know I always have pot, but yet they complain that I take to long to roll a joint, well to fucking bad. I mean, I PAY FOR MY POT. I CAN SMOKE IT HOW I WANT. I also hate the fact that seeds still exist. That growers STILL don't know to remove the males. I never smoke any one elses weed, so I never complain, so I'm not really a snob to other people, just for myself.

On rare ocasions where I don't have bud at the moment, I have resorted to smoking my pile of leaves, and while I have been high, it tastes terrible, doesn't last as long, and is just a waste of my time.

I have an extremely addictive personality, and marijuana is my life. That's what I live for. I just hate reality so much, you know, that all I do is smoke pot. I'm a marijuana connesuer (sp). I mean, when you buy strawberrys, or any other type of fruit, and it has leaves, seeds, or other part of the plant, you take them off, and just eat the fruit. I treat marijuana the same way. I think part of peoples anger towards the fact that I "waste so much" is the fact that they can't afford to "waste so much", or are just plain ignorant, and think that the whole cannabis plant gets you high. Sure, I know that leaves have some trichomes on them, and that if you smoke enough you'll get some sort of buzz, but fuck that. I want the best. I don't settle for anything else, unless I absolutely have to, which is quite rare...

I just remembered. I also hate when I have my pile of individual buds, and a friend wants to roll the joint, (I use a rolling machine, so sometimes I'll allow a friend to hand roll one), and then they start crumbling up my pile of bud. That breaks off the god damn trichomes and stigmas. I am very careful about removing each individual bud as well. I hate how people just tear the bud apart and crumble it all, so it is all "broken up". Fuck that. I remove each individual bud very carefully, and start a pile, until I have the desired amount for a joint, bowl, or whatever.

im kinda picky on how fine my weed is before i smoke it.. i have to have it chopped finely before ill smoke it.. the reason being i get so much of a better hit opposed to just burning chunks of bud.. meh maybe just me maybe im too stoned.. im going to eat some ice cream now..

Wow, horrorr business im stoned as and the about half way through your novel i got bored. I know how it must feel though, Ive got friends who are always dropping little bits of bud and im like trying to speak up and they dont care at all, its an insult!
