How could I get some oxycontin? (please read, in a lot of pain)

To the point, I desperately want some. My spinal health seems to be deteriorating, my physical pain has been getting worse and worse over the last few days, and I just can't deal with it anymore. My family doctor works at a clinic with a sign on the door clearly saying "We do not give narcotic prescriptions", and sure enough I asked and they can't. I went to another doctor, some new guy in town, and the asshole decides it's all in my head and gives me anti-depressants (I have 3 specific injuries leading to these problems). Plus, there's a doctor shortage in this country so other docs won't accept new patients who already have a family doctor .

I don't have any painkillers that work. Cannabis, ibeprophen, and celebrix all are actually making the pain worse when I take them ( and I've quite all of them, I'm going to try weed again this christmas, so a 3 month break). The only thing they all have in common is being anti-inflammatories, so I don't know what the deal is there. Accetaminiphen doesn't work AT ALL, nor does Robax (formeraly Robaxacet), and flexeril did nothing for the pain or spasms, but it certainly made me feel sedated, grouchy, and foggy-headed.

The only pain killer I've had some degree of success with is Tramacet. Thing is, the Maximum recommended dose is 75 mg tramadol (active ingredient), and it takes 150mg just to get some half-assed relief from it. I can't take anymore because I'm already ingesting 1,300 mg accetaminophen (sp?) with the 4 tablets I take for the 150mg tramadol.

So any idea on how I could get some oxycontin? anything I should say to a doctor? I'll buy it off dealers if that's my only option, but I don't know how I would find a hook-up. Plus if there's a way to get opium poppies I'm up for that too, and I'll gladly get some morphine if I can find any. I also read on Wikipedia that Heroin is actually weaker than strait morphine, so would heroin be anymore dangerous just for pain relief? I'm not talking every day, just to have 2 days of relief per week. Are there any opiate substances I haven't considered, maybe found in some legal substance? any really powerfull-ass pain relievers I haven't considered, legal or illegal?

First just chill a bit. You really don't want to try heroin, so just try to forget about that. Second, you could contact a lawyer or some gevernment official and see if they can help you, as your doctors may be mistreating you. An extreme option is to go somewhere like Mexico where many drugs can be gotten without a prescription.

The heroin things not such a good idea, the comedown would make your pain worse, and chances are you might pick up a habit from taking it 2 times a week. If i were you I might write a letter to a local news paper or something talking about how the lack of doctors has made you take more crude methods such as considering hard drugs. If i could do it man, i would send you some morphine and vicodin. they give it out like candy where i am

and I guess I won't use heroin if it makes the pain worse on the comedown. and that's a last resort, I know there's a lot of stigma attached to it.

yeah, but I'm not looking to be knocked unconcious as a means of relief, otherwise I might as well hit some special K. Plus I think you mean mild analgesic, not "anasteic" ("anasthetic?"). But I'll take a quick look, thanks for that info.

I really wish Erowid just had an "analgesics" section.

Maybe you could just go to the US border and get a prescription? Doctors here seem to be relatively liberal with painkillers.
