And no I don't know any sex offenders. And if I did I wouldn't be friends
or associate with them after I found out, they are lower than a snitch.yabatab Reviewed by yabatab on . for the love of god keep this stricly informative... ok, for real guys no opinions here or anything becuase i don't want this to get closed i'm just curious... and actually wanna know... it's multiple choice, but please pick one of each, status of friend ship, and how you think of them. First off. . . . No...
But in all honesty,, if someone did have a "friend" as above. . . .
Would they remain your "friend" ? ? ?
I dont think so somehow. . . .
And certainly not in my case. . . .
They are lower than low,, and should be. . . .
I wont bother to go on. . . .
Peace. . . .

Well, I kind of know one, but I'm not sure if this counts.
Long story short, about 7yrs ago my buddy was partying in a hotel room and this girl starts hitting on him. My buddy was 18 at the time, and I was right there in the room when he asked how old she was, she said, 16. Okay, at the end of the night they want to get it on so we nicely leave the room for the night. They had sex, and as it turns out, she really only 12.
She had him arrested, tossed in jail, because she told her mommy.
She failed to mention she lied about her age and she allowed it, so my buddy got charged with underage sex, and rape. He was looking at a long time in jail and the worst thing was, he had at least 6 trails to go to, all emabarrasing for the poor guy. The girl even claimed he tried to rape in analy as well. My guess is he was too drunk and poked the wrong hole getting started.
In the end though, she wrote a letter to him apologizing for lying about the rape, and lying about her age. My buddy brought that letter to his lawyer and he got off in the end with a Common Assault charge, whatever that means.
So yeah, I'm not sure if that qualifies as an offender as it was all consent and he was lied too, as in, not intentional.

I don't know anyone well who's a sex-offender, but I did meet a young man a few years ago through a friend of my son and later heard the young man, who was 19 or 20, was arrested for sex with a 15-year-old, which made him a sex offender despite the fact that it was consensual. That was an example of both bad judgement and bad luck. Now, despite the fact that his circumstances are different from a personal standpoint, he's classified in the same category with rapists and pedophiles legally.
I think you have to determine your response to the alleged offenses depending on the true nature of the crime. You won't find me socializing with rapists or pedophiles. But I would still be cordial to the young man in this circumstance.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

i wasn't really talking about the guys who get lied to, or any of that type of stuff, i honestly think it's bullshit that there's a need to card any girl you're planning on doing anything with anymore so you don't pay in the end....
lol but atleast i don't have to cuz i'm not looking for new girls
