That's happened to me before, usually it's because i'm slouched over or just stood up, but it's damn freaky. A lot of the time i lose my sight for a couple seconds while the blood returns to my brain. Whenver I have an irregular heartbeat occurance, I usually step back and try to get some actual oxygen into my body, as usually I've been power toking.
