I don't see why everybody is so outraged here. I don't personally think she deserves to be punished, but then I don't believe anybody using or growing weed should be punished. That's another debate though... In the meantime, there's no law stating "nobody can grow cannabis, unless it's for their cow", and there's no way to prove that she wasn't personally smoking it or selling it (she was certainly growing enough to sell). It's a shame she got caught, but I don't blame law enforcement for acting on an illegal act that came to their attention.
